Check-in was easy, and the staff helped me with my luggage, which was appreciated. The room was quite nice, specifically the Standard Queen Room, with a comfortable bed and clean sheets. Just steps away from the airport made it the perfect choice for my late-night arrival. The massage was an enjoyable treat. they offered it right on-site, and Natalie did an amazing job. On the downside, the water in the shower was lukewarm, a bit disappointing. Wi-Fi connection could be better. it was spotty during my stay. Additionally, the noise from the hallway disrupted my sleep at times, especially late at night. Overall, it provided decent value but room for improvement in comfort and amenities.

Positive, Great location, just 10 minutes to the airport. The staff was super friendly, especially at breakfast. Room No. 8 has a large balcony. They even offered tasty coffee right away.

Amazing bed, amazing staff, with one of the best sheets and pillows we've had in Colombia, excellent Wi-Fi access, and a location just a few steps from the airport for ultimate convenience.
